What are some exercises to do to become more flexible? - exercises to become flexible

I feel that I lost my flexibility. I work 4 days a week, but I feel like I'm not as flexible as I was before. Is there enough or what else I can do to increase flexibility?

Step3Straighten and sit down. Keep your knees together, lift and lengthen the legs to the seat height. Reach your fingers and 10 seconds.
Step4Slide beside the chair. Lift your right leg and foot instead of the left knee. Hold your right ankle with your left hand. Place your right hand on his right knee and gently pull. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the left leg.
Step5Position his body against the backrest of the chair. Sit upright with your feet and knees. Move your arms around the back of the chair and clasp your hands. Easy to raise and hold 10 seconds.
Step6Remain sitting with feet together and knees. Lean forward and reach your toes or the floor. Hold for 10 seconds, theSet No Turn right and come to the floor. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat with the left.

Yoga.
Yoga combines power, flexibility and relaxation, all in one. If you have never done before, try it. You will not regret it.
